ELQR
ELQR is Kyrgyzstan’s national interoperable QR payment system. It creates a unified QR payment environment that allows users to pay through different banks, wallets and mobile applications without being limited to a single provider. By the end of 2025, ELQR had become a central part of Kyrgyzstan’s QR payment infrastructure, with 20 commercial banks and payment organizations connected to the system. For merchants and PSPs, ELQR is one of the most important local payment methods for reaching Kyrgyz consumers.
